If you have Windows XP as your operating system, and Windows Live Messenger 8.0, now you can download this patch, which allows you to modify many of the tools of the world's most famous instant messenger client.

A-Patch removes all the buttons that you think are not necessary: block contact, search, send, change window colour, games, it also removes the famous “…is wiring a message” sentence, publicity and access to “My Space” and email.

With A-Patch you can add new games, check whether absent contacts really are absent, allow files to be transferred or change your image with a single click.

There are some 70 changes you can choose from to improve the application. With A-Patch you can remove nudges, winks and packs and remove the Messenger logo.
